What to do when you get the blues? Part 1

Here is an interesting yogic exercise for you. Grab pen and paper and begin to write how you feel. Describe different aspects of your feeling in the 3rd person. Keep on writing, come closer to the feeling. You don’t need to write too much just 5 lines or so. Then fold the paper and keep it in a safe place for next time. Make a delicious herbal tea and continue with you day.
