Luna Yoga Meditation is the home of Andrea Cabrera Luna’s teaching: a practice rooted in yoga, somatics, and embodied awareness.
Classes weave together movement, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and meditation to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and wellbeing. The emphasis is not on performance, but on attention. Our aim is to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and accessible.
Students are invited to move at their own pace, often discovering strength, ease, and possibility beyond what they expected.

Online class via Zoom
A progressive sequence of movement, moving from gentle to more challenging, followed by guided Yoga Nidra for nervous system support.
